Operational details for New Jersey
Which compliance standards apply?
FSMA Section 204 traceability supported on every food-grade load; pallet ID linked to the lumber lot, kiln batch, and dispatch ticket in our chain-of-custody database.
New Jersey regional shipping and logistics
Same-day delivery available within 75 miles of our Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Miami, and Lakeland yards; minimum 24 pallets; small-order pricing applies on freight.
Dry-van loads handle weather-sensitive pallet stock and food-grade freight; sealed loads with bill-of-lading documentation; supports DOT-required commercial routing.
What are the pallet specifications?
Lumber spec for new GMA stock: mixed hardwood (oak, maple, ash, hickory) with minimum 600 SG (specific gravity); kiln dried to <19% moisture; visible defects limited to wane on outer 1/3 of deck board only.
Recycled-Grade B pallets meet structural spec but may have up to 2 replaced deck boards; suitable for industrial loads outside food/pharma; price point 30-40% below new GMA.
Delivery and logistics
Flatbed delivery handles oversized loads or pallets with overhanging product; tarping included; preferred for export crates and bulk lumber shipments.
Customer use case
Aerospace component manufacturers (Brevard, Pinellas counties) use ISPM-15 export crates for international supplier shipments; build-to-print specs include foam-lined interiors and humidity-control packets.
How are these pallets priced?
Buyback pricing for returned pallets: $3-5 per Grade A unit; $1-2 per Grade B; minimum 50-pallet pickup; integrated with our recycling stream for sustainability accounting.
Sustainability
Sustainability reports provided quarterly to standing-order customers; documents pallets recycled, lumber diverted from landfill, and CO2-equivalent savings vs new-only sourcing.
