Operational details for Ohio
Which compliance standards apply?
All pallets stamped IPPC HT for ISPM-15 export compliance to 180+ countries; documentation includes treatment temperature logs and the registered facility number.
Ohio regulatory context
Ohio Department of Agriculture pesticide regulations require ISPM-15 documentation on pallets carrying treated produce; our heat-treated stock with phytosanitary certification serves Marietta, Wooster, and Lima packers.
Cuyahoga River industrial corridor manufacturers in Cleveland require heavy-duty pallets for steel-coil and bar-stock loads; we supply reinforced 4x4 hardwood stringers rated for 6,000 lb static loads.
What are the pallet specifications?
Deck board edge type defaults to chamfered for forklift safety; square-edge available on request for ASRS compatibility; rounded-edge banding tracks available for high-throughput line-side delivery.
Block pallets (four-way entry) use nine 4-inch hardwood blocks with continuous-face top deck; ideal for ASRS (automated storage and retrieval) and AGV (automated guided vehicle) operations where stringer interruptions cause read-failures.
Delivery and logistics
Flatbed delivery handles oversized loads or pallets with overhanging product; tarping included; preferred for export crates and bulk lumber shipments.
Customer use case
Citrus packers in Indian River County require Florida-specific phytosanitary documentation per USDA Marketing Order 905; we provide the documentation on every load.
How are these pallets priced?
Pricing structure: new 48x40 GMA stock ranges $14-18 per pallet in 500+ lot pricing; recycled Grade A runs $7-10 per pallet; recycled Grade B at $5-7; custom builds priced per spec on a quote basis.
Sustainability
Lumber sourcing prioritizes regional Southeast US hardwood mills (FL, AL, GA, MS); reduces transport carbon vs Pacific Northwest stock; supports regional logging economies.
