Operational details for Texas
Which compliance standards apply?
Kiln-dried hardwood meets NWPCA Uniform Standard for Wood Pallets; moisture content verified <19% at dispatch, blade-cut deck boards, no visible bark.
Texas regulatory context
Port of Houston Authority requires ISPM-15 stamp verification at Bayport Terminal and Barbours Cut; we coordinate with longshore inspectors for full-load certification, eliminating dock-delay risk.
Permian Basin oilfield logistics in Midland and Odessa require heavy-duty pallets rated for 5,000+ lb crane lifts; we supply reinforced 48x40 stock with continuous-face deck and double-runner stringers.
What are the pallet specifications?
Recycled-Grade B pallets meet structural spec but may have up to 2 replaced deck boards; suitable for industrial loads outside food/pharma; price point 30-40% below new GMA.
Custom 42x42 pallet builds use 7/8 inch deck boards for telecommunications-equipment loads; nail-pattern density doubled to handle 5,000 lb static load; runner spacing optimized for 4,000 lb-capacity narrow-aisle reach trucks.
Delivery and logistics
Same-day delivery available within 75 miles of our Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Miami, and Lakeland yards; minimum 24 pallets; small-order pricing applies on freight.
Customer use case
Pharmaceutical distribution centers in Hillsborough and Orange counties require GDP-validated cold-chain pallets; we supply plastic-construction reusable pallets that wash down for sterile transfer applications.
How are these pallets priced?
Net 30 terms standard for established customers with credit approval; Net 15 or COD for first three orders; credit card and ACH accepted for spot orders.
Sustainability
Lumber sourcing prioritizes regional Southeast US hardwood mills (FL, AL, GA, MS); reduces transport carbon vs Pacific Northwest stock; supports regional logging economies.
