Operational details for Washington
Which compliance standards apply?
FSMA Section 204 traceability supported on every food-grade load; pallet ID linked to the lumber lot, kiln batch, and dispatch ticket in our chain-of-custody database.
Washington regulatory context
Washington State Department of Ecology regulates wood pallet recycling under WAC 173-350; our partner facilities in Seattle, Tacoma, and Spokane maintain Ecology registration for return-stream service.
Pacific Northwest forest-products shippers at Port of Longview, Port of Vancouver USA, and Port of Olympia require heavy-duty pallets for lumber, plywood, and OSB loads; we supply reinforced stock rated for sustained 8,000 lb static load.
What are the pallet specifications?
Block pallets (four-way entry) use nine 4-inch hardwood blocks with continuous-face top deck; ideal for ASRS (automated storage and retrieval) and AGV (automated guided vehicle) operations where stringer interruptions cause read-failures.
Deck board edge type defaults to chamfered for forklift safety; square-edge available on request for ASRS compatibility; rounded-edge banding tracks available for high-throughput line-side delivery.
Delivery and logistics
Same-day delivery available within 75 miles of our Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Miami, and Lakeland yards; minimum 24 pallets; small-order pricing applies on freight.
Customer use case
Citrus packers in Indian River County require Florida-specific phytosanitary documentation per USDA Marketing Order 905; we provide the documentation on every load.
How are these pallets priced?
ISPM-15 export documentation included on every applicable load at no additional cost; some competitors charge $50-150 per load for the certificate; we don't.
Sustainability
Carbon footprint per delivered pallet (cradle-to-gate, including 75-mile delivery): new GMA ~21 kg CO2e; recycled Grade A ~7 kg CO2e; custom builds vary by spec.
